Pickle Power Kids Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment

1.1. Enrolment in the program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

1.2. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

1.3. Payments must be made via the methods specified by Pickle Power Kids.

2. Program Details

2.1. The program runs for 8 consecutive weeks unless otherwise specified by Pickle Power Kids.

2.2. Each class will be 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise stated.

3. Missed Classes

3.1. Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3.2. If your child is unable to attend due to illness or injury, you may be eligible for one (1) makeup session within the same term, subject to availability.

3.3. Makeup sessions cannot be carried over into future terms.

4. Public Holidays & Weather

4.1. If a class falls on a public holiday, Pickle Power Kids will reschedule the session.

4.2. In the event of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, classes may be rescheduled or moved indoors.

5. Parental Supervision & Safety

5.1. Parents/guardians must ensure their child arrives on time and is collected promptly after class.

5.2. Children must wear appropriate sports shoes and bring a water bottle.

5.3. Pickle Power Kids coaches will take all reasonable care, but participation is at the child’s own risk.

6. Medical Conditions & Injuries

6.1. Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to enrolment.

6.2. If a child is injured during class, first aid will be administered and emergency services contacted if necessary.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Respectful behaviour towards coaches, other participants, and facilities is required at all times.

7.2. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

8. Photography & Marketing

8.1. By enrolling, you consent to photographs or videos of your child being used for marketing purposes unless you notify Pickle Power Kids in writing before the program starts.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

9.1. Cancellations prior to program commencement may be eligible for a refund minus a $20 administration fee.

9.2. Once the program has commenced, no refunds will be issued except as required by law.

10. Liability Waiver

10.1. Participation in pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks.

10.2. By enrolling, you release Pickle Power Kids, its staff, and associated parties from liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the program, except where prohibited by law.

11. Lost Property
11.1. Pickle Power Kids takes no responsibility for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during classes or events.
11.2. Participants are encouraged to clearly label their belongings and keep valuables at home.
11.3. Any items left behind may be held for a short period, but Pickle Power Kids is under no obligation to store or return lost property.
